news_thesimscustomersupportElectronic Arts are preparing for the onslaught of questions which is bound to accompany the imminent release of The Sims 3, which hits shelves from June 2nd in the United States and June 5th in Europe.

An official ‘The Sims’ branded support website has been official opened by EA, which you can see for yourself right now at http://easims.custhelp.com! This support website is not specifically to coverĀ The Sims 3, but all games and expansion packs from The Sims and The Sims 2 as well.

The support website allows you to browse to any game from The Sims series’ that you may be experiencing some kind of issues with in order to find common questions, advice and of course solutions to problems that others have reported in the past for the same titles.

If you can not find an answer to your problem by browsing through The Sims support website, it does give you the ability of emailing the EA support team directly so they can assist you with your problem.
