As promised two days ago we have now received another 22 new The Sims 3 screenshots – thanks to Sims Lover once again for these. Click a thumbnail to view the larger The Sims 3 screenshot. We were particular intrigued by the two shots of the blocked mine, in the second you can clearly see two glowing eyes! Spooky!

You do realize these are from the illegal version of the game?
Not long now until the legit version is available.
Don’t be so quick to cry wolf Jack.
there are several people who have recieved legitimate review copys.
Yes, Jack, we do realise the screenshots are from the leaked version of the game – any idiot can figure that out. But there is certainly nothing illegal about sharing screenshots which simply land in our inbox
I suppose that’s true, Stuart. For the benefit of my site, I will refuse to post news from illegal copies of The Sims 3, for reputation purposes
I understand what you’re saying Jack, but I did notice a little while ago you had taken some of the screenshots from here and published them on your site – the haunted mine shots, and a few from my 25-screens update a few days ago too. I see you have removed them from your site now though – perhaps another author at your place put them up.
We’re touching 3,000 visitors a day now, so I don’t see any real damage having been done to the reputation of my site at this stage, but I guess time will tell. I’m more than willing to inform S3W followers of new The Sims 3 stuff, whatever it’s source, and they’re not complaining yet
I received an e-mail with the screenshots in that condition, not knowing the source, as none were provided. So, once I knew it was from the leaked version, I took them down.
I see. Good for you
With our difference of opinion on these screens aside, I do like your site – if you ever want to affiliate or exchange links don’t hesitate to get in touch
Hi, discriminative posts there
thank’s concerning the intriguing information
I, for one, am not going to get snooty about where pics come from. No, I do not think downloading the game illegally is right, and no, I would not do it myself, nor would I encourage anyone else to, but the site admins have not, in fact, downloaded or played the game themselves. As this is meant to be an informative site, and as we are all desperately scrambling for any scrap of TS3 info we can get our hands on, I see no harm in posting the pictures. Yes, they were obtained from a morally questionable source, but no one involved with the website engaged in morally questionable activities in order to obtain them.
In short, keep up the good work, and thanks for posting all of the latest tidbits to keep our obsession satisfied.
Well, frankly, this doesn’t hurt the reputation of this website at all. We’re all urging to know what it is like, it’s no crime to borrow some screenshots, no one is pirating the game by doing so. If you believe it is not a right thing, then feel free to do so, however, many of us are anxious and want to have a little taste of what the game will be like for now.
