I'd like to present to you our Creative House Contest. The Purpose of this contest is very simple, build a creative house and win. This is a grand reopening contest for sims3website.com and this our way of sharing this special moment for our website with all of you. If you have any questions, please contact the forum Administrators (Simitician or Trade Demon) and we will answer your questions as soon as possible.




The Purpose of this competition is to design the most creative, original, coolest/beautiful house that you can. Get registered on our forums, build and submit your home for review, it's that simple. , will not be accepted.

Contest start and end date

Start - Sunday, February 21 2010 End - Friday, April 30 2010


How Do I enter
1.) Accumulate 500 points! To learn more about this click here.
2.) Buy a competition ticket here
3.) You're all set, read the rules below and start building that house.
4.) Competition deadline 30th April 2010.

The Rules
1. The house cannot be a pre existing lot.
2. You must show video proof (via video capture option located in the Sims 3) of construction of the home without any decorations, furniture, wallpapers or other furnishings).
3. After following step number 2 then you may then submit further photos/videos with full wallpapers and furnishings.
4. All homes must be submitted by 30th April 2010.

Prizes Available
We've got a couple of prizes for each winner. If you win you'll get to choose from one of the prizes below.
Note: Gift Cards will be dependent on location but could include any of the following (Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Game, or Whatever is local to your country)

Choosing The Winners
All entries will be reviewed by our staff competition panel after which we'll decide on the best houses. The winners will be announced on the forums. Please note any cheating will result in disqualification and a permanent ban from future competition entry. So please don't cheat and let's give everyone an equal chance of winning.
