If you pay a visit to Pleasant Rest Graveyard and look near the entrance gates you will see a bizarre looking plant named the Death Flower Bush. If you harvest the flower from this plant and keep it in the inventory of your Sim, you can trade it with the Grim Reaper for a second life should your sim be unfortunate enough to die.

Make Friends Through Music

Making friends in The Sims 3 can be a long process, but it does not have to be. There is a good way to befriend your neighbours by playing the guitar!

You first need to play the guitar often to increase your playing skill level until you reach 5 out of 10 at least. This will give you the ability to Play For Tips.
